The free Single-location starter covers one restaurant with a booking page and intake queue. Growing brands adds unlimited fundraiser requests, the standardized intake and decision flow, a multi-location calendar, and event tracking and reporting - the pieces you need once two or more locations run the program together.

What does $45 per location include?

Everything in the plan: unlimited fundraiser requests, the standardized intake and decision flow, the multi-location calendar, and event tracking and reporting. Pricing is per active location, billed monthly on an annual agreement.

What is the Conversational AI Outreach add-on?

For an extra $15 per location per month, the AI assistant reads your event and customer history, spots repeat organizers who are due for another fundraiser, and drafts outreach to fill quiet nights. Your team reviews and approves every send - the AI proposes, you decide.

Do all our locations have to start at once?

No. Start with the locations that are ready and add the rest as you go - pricing follows the number of active locations on the account.

Is there a contract?

Paid plans are billed monthly per location and require an annual agreement. The AI Outreach add-on requires an active platform subscription.

What happens when we pass 9 locations?

You move to the Multi-unit groups plan: the per-location price drops to $35, AI Outreach drops to $10, and you gain operator role hierarchy, group-wide analytics, and priority support and onboarding.
