How does the operator role hierarchy work?

Group admins see and manage everything. Operators - franchisees or area managers - get access scoped to their own locations: their queue, their calendar, their reports. Corporate standards apply everywhere without corporate having to approve every request.

Can locations keep their own giveback terms?

You set the standard at the group level, and each location's booking page presents its terms clearly to organizers. Most groups standardize around a 20% giveback so organizers know what to expect at every location.

What does priority onboarding include?

A guided rollout: we help import locations, configure the role hierarchy, train operators, and stay close through the first markets going live - plus priority support afterwards.

How does pricing compare to Growing brands?
